Technical Support


To reach technical support either send an email to describing your problem or go to your members page and select the helpdesk link. This will bring up a helpdesk ticket form, enter all requested information, and submit your helpdesk ticket.  You will then be able to go to the online helpdesk support area to view the progress and status of your support ticket.


We answer all support questions within 24 hours or less.  If you have not received a response by e-mail within 24 hours, please login to the helpdesk and check your ticket status using your browser.


CowaSoft LLC currently does not provide phone support.  However, it is possible to schedule a LiveChat meeting thru ICQ to discuss questions online.  Please submit a helpdesk ticket with LiveChat request.
